I’ve seen quite a few systems like this one. But I like how this is designed with seniors in mind. It also looks like it’s geared toward people who are used to the sedentary lifestyle. It could help keep them active and moving around more than usual. Very cool.

Its a very nice and well thought out design you do not need to have some crazy sort of equipment to increase your strength as well as your range of motion. This is in fact ideal for seniors as you can really focus on quality, focus and movement of each muscle while sitting yet reaping the benefits of exercise by having proper form and posture.

I’ve found that I do better when I have a device or piece of equipment at home that prompts me to exercise. Therabands, weights, and balls do help also, but a larger piece of equipment seems to tick a box in my brain saying let’s go, so having it there makes it more likely that I will actually put in the time to maintain my flexibility. I like the look of this product, and am going to speak to my Mother about getting one for her home.

This is great, and it can be a good way for people who aren’t used to exercise to be able to get back into it again. I know that when I first started exercising, I was struggling because I thought that I should be doing a lot more than I was able to, however this just isn’t the case at all. Instead, I bought a couple of items like this, that I could use in my own home with no worries, and I was soon able to notice the difference in my own fitness, which can only be a good thing!

This is great for people who need to get back into exercising. Good present for someone who has an interest in strength.

Wish this was around when my brother was living, he was in a wheel chair for most of his life. He stayed in good health but this would have made thing a lot easier on him. He wouldn’t have anymore excuses, lol.

I think it’s great that it’s not too big so it won’t fill up too much space in your house! I also like that you can sit while exercising which is great especially for seniors who are not capable of standing for too long anymore!:)
