This looks like a really cool piece of equipment. I just wonder how safe it would be for seniors. My brother had the one that was just a wheel with two pegs sticking out of each side. Almost busted my face every time I used it. I’m only in my 20s.

I wonder too how safe would it be for seniors to use one of these, especially that they are a lot more fragile than people who are younger and their injuries heals very slow.

I am always skeptical of ab products especially with the hype that normally is associated with them. Ab exercises are important to incorporate in a workout but cardio and resistance training carry a lot more importance. There is no harm in trying Ab Carver Pro but its effectiveness is something i am not totally convinced by.

I notice that a member above has mentioned that they are always a little wary of this type of product – me too, however with this you can really feel that it is working. My local gym had a couple of these a while back. I tried them out, and soon found that I enjoyed using them, so I bought one for my own home. Now, I am able to use them whilst I am doing anything – watching television, listening to music etc. And I can definitely feel the difference in my abs when I have finished the workout, which is great of course.

This really doesn’t seem like a workout exercise at all, even if it moves your muscles, if you do not move them your own, they won’t develop properly, if you want to shed very little fat, yeah, they are alright, but only working out by using you CNS it’s the thing that’s going to keep you in good shape.

It sounds like an impressive aid to getting that six pack. It is a plus that you can use it while watching television because a lot of people become couch potatoes because of the amount of television they watch and they find it hard to move away from their favorite shows. With this workout tool they can watch their favorite shows and get a workout at the same time. So its cool.

I’ve seen products similar to this one, but they always looked flimsy. I like the design of this, it looks very stable and sturdy, both of which are attractive to me. I like that it comes with knee pads, also, since I have an issue with my knees. This works the arms, in addition to the abs, which would be perfect for me.

Having read your article, this equipment sounds amazing. Being ergonomic and all. You see that is one of my problem when doing exercises targeting the core. If done incorrectly, exercises related to this body part can cause damage to our back. Say for example, situps. This particular exercise should put the strain on your abdomen and not your lower back. So this Ab Carver Pro looks promising. I think I am going to do additional research and view testimonials then off to Amazon for this baby. Thank you for sharing this.

I don’t know about this little gadgets. I mean its really cool that my grandparent can get wonderful abs, but what would they need them for? Also, I’ve try this out myself and let just say it didn’t go so well. I almost busted a rib or two. Not sure I want to give one to my elders. Its a nice though nevertheless, but I think it would be better aim at younger generation. Plus, if I almost bust a rib, I don’t even want to know what it could do to my grands. If its not too much trouble and would probably convince me further to actually get this for my home. I would like to know how this will help an elderly citizen, other than give them abs. -thanks!

A machine for abs sculpting? Sounds very familiar. As to an earlier person replying to if its safe for a senior, probably not but it does sure look pretty good. I’ll do some more research on this.

I love exercising my abs! I don’t think I would buy this, but I want to at least try it out! Seems like it could be a good exercise (I don’t think it would work for seniors though)!
