EZ-Step Pedometer

You may be surprised to learn that the average adult should be walking about 10,000 steps a day. The EZ-Step will now help you count your steps and track your daily walk. Log your steps in a journal or compare your steps with a friend.

Suggestions to quantify your exercise level when tracking your steps.

–Lest than 5,000 steps/day: Sedentary

–5,000 to 7,499 steps/day: Low Active

–7,500 to 9,999 steps/day: Somewhat Active

–10,000 steps/day: Active

Researchers have reported, healthy older adults average 2,000-9,000 steps/day. Using a pedometer led to increases of approximately 775 steps/day.

Everyone is unique and accomplishments may vary. First, get started with your steps–set goals and have some fun monitoring your results with your EZ-Step pedometer.
