My grandmother had something similar to this when I was younger. She didn’t use it very often because it wasn’t very convenient. This model, however, looks pretty easy to use while she’s in her chair.

They had me using something like this the last time I went to the physical therapist. I had no idea I could get one for home too. I like how small it is too. I can just park this next to my favorite chair and use it when I’m watching the T.V. It must be my lucky day too, since it’s marked down to just $27 at the moment. 😀

Its looks quite small and light in weight but is quite stable and solid in foundation while exercising. It is terrific for both arms and legs exercises. I have seen these at physical rehab centers and tried them they are extremely easy and comfortable to use.

I have one of these, and it is good for exercising both the arms and the legs. When I am working at my desk, I will have this under my feet and be pedalling on it. It is surprising just how many calories you can burn, and how good it is at working the muscles in your legs. I have bought several of these in my time, as gifts for family members, as I think that they are a great way to be able to keep fit and healthy. I know that I will continue using mine for a long time to come, as it is very little effort, but with great rewards.

A friend had one of these, but didn’t use it much. She’s mobile, and is out a lot, so I think she just preferred to be on an actual bike. I’d forgotten that this can be used for the arms, as well as legs. My lower body gets a good amount of exercise between the stairs and walking, but this might be something I could use to work on my arms.

That’s exactly my case!! I exercise my legs every day quite a lot but I do not exercise my arms almost at all and using this could be a great help! Never thought of it for using for arm exercises!:)

Yes, I like this very much. I think this is one of my favorite to go to equipment when I’m working. Plus, this is good for all age I use it and my grandma use it too. She like it a lot when she is watching TV. I do it while serf the internet and working. I did not know thought that it could be use for the arm as well! Now I’m gonna try it out and then share it with my family. -thanks!
